Why is a shipping charge still showing up on the order when my order should qualify for free shipping?
When placing an order that qualifies for free shipping, be sure to utilize the coupon code listed with the products that you are purchasing. This will automatically remove the shipping at the time of check out. PLEASE NOTE - Using coupons in a manner other than for their stated use will result in your orders being cancelled.
How can I make a change to an existing order?
Typically, orders that have been submitted and processed cannot be altered. However, you may contact our customer service team at CS@shopholsters.com, and we will do our best to make any changes that you request.
I am trying to add items to my cart, but every time I add a new item, it bumps out the previous item out of my cart. How can I get the items to remain in my cart?
This usually means that your cookie security settings are set too high. You would need to lower your cookie security settings on your computer's internet browser program. This will allow our site to remember the items in your cart so that you may purchase them all together.

All sales made within California will be charged an 8.5% sales tax. If you are a tax exempt government agency, you can contact us at 866.793.1911 or email@example.com with you Tax ID number so that we may remove the sales tax from your order.

What if an item is Backordered?
Why was my credit card charged by LA Police Gear Inc. and not Shop Holsters?
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock, however, if something is on backorder, we will usually hold the order until all items are in stock. We unfortunately are not able to backorder items that are less than $10.00, and if this situation occurs, we will typically cancel the backordered item and ship the remainder of the order.
Shop Holsters is a subsidiary of LA Police Gear Inc, and Credit Card transactions within Shop Holsters will show up as a charge from LA Police Gear.
